Terms and Conditions:
- George agrees to pay referral fee for each new Seller whom signs our sole mandate agreement and we successfully sign up a new buyer, as a direct result from your referral.
- Referral fee will only be paid on a once off basis, per Seller and not for any reoccurring transactions by the same Seller thereafter.
- To qualify for the R2500,00 referral fee, you agree that you have informed the Seller, you are referring, and that you have his/her permission to distribute his/her personal information, telephone number and email address.
- Referral fee is not payable or applicable in the case where the Seller referred has or is already using any services of Meet George.
- Should one or more people refer the same Seller, the fist received referral will be paid the referral fee.
- Referral fee is payable within 14 days after transfer of the property.
