Terms and Conditions:

George agrees to pay referral fee for each new Landlord whom signs our management agreement and we successfully sign up a new Tenant for 6 or 12 months, as a direct result from your referral.

Referral fee will only be paid on a once off basis, per Landlord and not for any reoccurring transactions by the same Landlord thereafter.

To qualify for the R500,00 referral fee, you agree that you have informed the Landlord,  you are referring,  and that you have his/her permission to distribute his/her personal information, telephone number and email address.

Referral fee is not payable or applicable in the case where the Landlord referred has or is already using any services of Meet George.

Should one or more people refer the same Landlord, the fist received referral will be paid the referral fee.

Referral fee is payable within 14 days after Tenant takes occupation of the property.
